luckily friends are there to rescue...
sometimes in life you will feel the emptiness and the longing for something that you really don't know .and having some good friends on your side telling you to carry on and stay on track was something that can make you think that life is still good after all, that you are still important and loved.however, words can't help to solved every problems but the support and knowing that someone is there each time you
fall will make you strive to do the right things in life.

ebola reston virus was again attacking piggeries in bulacan.recently, they found out that one person was positive having a ebola reston virus.although, they are still studying the effect of this virus to our bodies still authorities want us to take precautions in eating meats.
they say that if they found any unusual or untoward incident to a person or animals they should contact their respective municipalities so that they prevent the spread of the disease
here are some tips on how to prevent the spread of this virus in our community.
first,we should wash hands before handling the meat.
second,is to make sure that the meat is properly cook so that the bacteria on it be dead.
and lastly is to wear proper attire like globes or mask when were going to piggeries.
this are just simple precautions but i know that this will help us to be healthy.
another thing,231 pigs died in sta.rita samar not because of ebola virus but because of salmonella.so we should be aware of the food that we eat and try to eat fish or vegetable just to be safe.

one proud mama

there is no book,a rule or any scientific method on how to be a good parent to your child.parenting is the hardest job ever given to a certain person.every parent has their own way on how to raise their children, their way cannot be applicable to some because very children is a different individual.
my 3 year old daughter, paricce, makes me feel that i am doing a right job on raising her.
although,i have a mother,i grew up in life very independent.my mom was not the type of mother who takes care of you,who cooks food for you,who washes and iron your clothes, who teaches you in your assignment and who buys you toys and clothes.and maybe that is the main reason why i don't want my daughter to suffer the same fate as i experienced with my daughter.right now, paricce may not have everything but i make sure that she have enough, from clothes, toys and books.we even have our bonding moments together and everything that she does makes me happy.her attitude and understanding is far beyond her age.
recently, she won 2nd prize at both singing and storytelling contest, she received 2 medals and certificate for that.she is a nursery student who competes along with the kinder, prep, grade 1 and grade 2.so happy that she won in spite that her competitors are more mature and older than her.at an early age,i can say that she already fulfilled my job as a mother and i know that this will not be the first and the last because she is truly an amazing and intelligent child.i know with the proper guidance paricce can achieved whatever she want to be in the future.congratulations and i love you so much!!!!
