The customer made offensive remarks at the start of the call however, instead of courteously ending the call the rep did otherwise.
Agent: Hi this is ###### from Sprint I’d like to speak with Darrell Black
Customer: Who is it?
Agent: This is ######…am I speaking with Darrell Black?
Customer: Who is calling please?
Agent: Sprint ma’am your cell phone company
Customer: I can’t understand you
Agent: Just try to give him or her a callback thank you.
Customer: Is this Sprint?
Agent: Yes
Customer: Oh it’s Sprint.
Customer: Don’t be calling me no more coz I can’t understand you. When Sprint wants to get a hold of me tell them to get one that speaks English.
Agent: Oh sure…rep said something in a slur.
Customer: I can’t understand you.
Customer: Listen sir, if you want to speak to me get somebody that speaks English and call me.
Agent: Oh really, then what for?
Customer: Didn’t I just get to telling you that I can’t understand you. What you said don’t mean shit to me mister. I can’t understand you.
Agent: Oh you’re a shit okay.
Customer: What?
Agent: You mentioned sir you’re a shit.
Customer: I can’t understand you what are you trying to tell me?
Agent: uh we’re here to
Customer: What?
Agent: Well I’m not saying anything
Customer: Are you gonna give me something free? Are you gonna give me something free?
Agent: No not exactly sir…you have a balance of $254 sir.
Customer: Is my bill paid up?
Agent: No sir you’re two months delayed.
Customer: Do you understand I can’t understand a word that you are saying.
Agent: Well maybe you’re deaf. You have problem sir hearing.
Customer: I don’t understand you.
Agent: Oh really?
Customer: You called us before and we don’t understand you.
Agent: Oh maybe you have problem hearing sir. I don’t wanna listen.
Customer: Do you understand why?
Agent: No I don’t understand you sir.
Customer: Can you understand me?
Agent: No I can’t understand what you are saying sir. Speak English.
Customer: What I’m going to tell you sir is that I cannot understand you. Do you understand that?
Agent: Why so?
Customer: Do you understand? Do you understand that?
Agent: Hahaha..ah quite so.
Customer: Do you understand the fact that I don’t understand you?
Agent: I cannot understand you sir also.
Customer: Do you understand this?
Agent: Speak English sir… Can you please speak in English.
